Mr. Desrosiers is a scientific professional at Kemitek. His research support function allows him to be involved in the design and implementation of the vast majority of research projects being worked on at the center.

Accomplishments:

• Synthesis of different silica-based nanoporous materials
• Developed a functional polymer lens for cellular telephones
• Synthesis of different conductive and transparent polymers
• Characterization of materials according to DSC and capacitance
• Scale-up of processes and pre-production of various products for different companies
• Waterless hand soap formulations that led to the commercialization of the product (technology transfer carried out)
